Training Overview
Rushed decision making after electric motor failure can be costly, resulting in higher operating costs, poor equipment performance and unreliable service. This can be prevented by the implementation of a motor management plan to avoid pressured decisions and costly downtime.

This half-day workshop is designed to provide energy managers, facility managers and engineers with tools and information to achieve energy savings in a range of motor applications, and understand the changes to Federal standards, and where energy savings can be found.

Training will feature tools for motor inventory management, maintenance log tracking, efficiency analysis, savings evaluation, energy accounting, and economic feasibility and energy savings using Variable Speed Drives. Additional topics will cover applications of state of the art motor management best practices in HVAC, pumps, blowers, fans, industrial processes, and smart controls. Information is also provided on utility rebates and incentive programs.
